WELCOME
Dynamic healthcare for dynamic times
Welcome! I know how hard it can be to reach out for help, to feel hopeful that things can change. Especially when your mind, body and heart have felt so out of sorts for so long. Especially when you’ve tried so many things and none of them have quite “worked”. Especially when you feel perpetually pulled between “too much” and “not enough” and life can just feel like SO MUCH. Especially these days. I feel you. I hope you know that deep and long-lasting changes for the better are absolutely possible.
As humans we are beautifully imperfect. We all go through periods of instability, overwhelm, excessive stress, and traumatic events, colored by our own perceptions and sensitivities within the collective experience. Sometimes we can manage with our current resources and sometimes we need skilled support.
Reach out if you – feel overwhelmed and out of sorts, like the “normal” things aren’t working (or never did) – are chronically uncomfortable in your body – feel complicated or different and “traditional” talk therapy isn’t going to cut it – want tangible, long-lasting relief – believe a better life and world is possible.
Together we’ll find the perfect combination of services within the unique Wise Self Wellness repertoire just for you. Through unconditional support, a personalized plan and careful guidance, I help my clients feel safe enough to go into uncharted territory of their mind-body, release that which is no longer serving them, and access their vital potential.
Specializing in:

My clients are typically those who have always felt a bit “different”, are motivated and intelligent but are desperately wanting more balance, peace and purpose in their life and frequently feel stuck between “not enough” and “too much” – spinning along while overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected and uncomfortable in their own skin. People come to me to finally and definitively address some combination of chronic anxiety and stress, unrelenting shame, existential crisis, personal and collective grief, complex trauma and conflictual relationships with their body. Sound familiar? I gotcha.
